Chicken Korma Ingredients: 1 chicken 2,3 lbs 1/4 cup oil, onions finely chopped 2 cloves garlic finely chopped, 1 tbls. fresh chopped ginger root, 1 tsp. ground cardamon,1/2 tsp.cloves, 1 bay leaf, 1 tbls. ground coriander or 2tbls. fresh, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. paprika,1 1/2 cups yogurt. Method: Cut chicken into even pieces and take the skin off. Heat oil add onions garlic and ginger root, cook stirring until the onions onions are tender. Mix spices together add to onions and cook five minutes without sticking or burning in the pan. Add yogurt and cook until some of the liquid evaporates, don't worry if the mixture looks curdled Add chicken mix and simmer until chicken is tender and well cooked. About 30 minutes. Serve with rice pilaf,
