Chicken Wings II
3 lb. chicken wings,
2 tbs. vegetable oil, salt & pepper
1 cup honey, 1/2 cup Soya sauce,
2 tbs. ketchup, 1 tsp. garlic powder,
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger.
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut off wing tips; discard.
Cut wings into 2 pieces; place into a baking dish.
Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan; mix well.
Heat just to blend; pour over wings.
Bake 1 hour basting often.
