Lasagne INGREDIENTS: 2-3lb. minced steak pepper,salt 1/4 tsp oregano 2 small onions - chopped a little fresh parsley 1 can tomatoe sauce 1 pkt Ricotta cheese (or cottage) 1/4 cup of Romano cheese 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese 1 pkt Mozarella cheese 1 pkt spinach (optional) Garlic,Tomatoe juice,Mushrooms Lasagne noodles METHOD: Brown meat,onion,garlic,pepper,salt,mushrooms,oregano and parsley. Remove from pan and put in large mixing bowl. Add tomato sauce,all the different cheeses except Mozarella cheese. Mix - add spinach and mix again. Cook Lasagne noodles till tender. Cool. On a bottom of a flat pan pour a little tomato juice. Lay noodles flat. Add a layer of meat mixture and then grate mozarella cheese over that. Cover with noodles and repeat this until the meat is all finished. Finish with noodles on top and again pour a little tomato juice over the complete dish and cover with foil. Cook for two hours in 350deg oven. Let it cool for 15-30 min. with the foil remaining over it before serving. a - tomato juice b - noodles c - meat mixture d - mozarella cheese e - tomato juice f - noodles Repeat till it's all finished.
